Manager, Operations Engineering

May 17th, 2010

We are looking for a Manager of Operations Engineering.

Simple enough, right?

Not really. We are looking for someone with a good attitude, loves what she or he does, and is not afraid to call us out on mistakes but is more than happy to help fix problems. If you have ever been in trouble for accepting responsibility for a mistake you did while everyone else shirked, and you refuse to change, well then… we’d like to meet you.

Operations Engineer

May 10th, 2010

We are looking for Operations Engineers. It is common for Operations Engineers to be subject to crazy hours and constantly worry about “uptime” but it is our goal to have the kind of company where we do things well enough that we can minimize that to a manageable level. From our point of view, the less Heroics that people have to pull, the better. That is our goal. I know it is not too fancy, but just a straight-shooter kind of simplicity. Just like a good Ops engineer.

Product Engineer

May 6th, 2010

We are looking for a Product Engineer, which might mean nothing to most people, except to the person we are looking for. The person we are looking for is the positive-minded rebel stuck in a lethargic, albeit successful bureaucracy, the lead engineer tired of having to manage bosses (and their ridiculous expectations) more than team members, the person we are looking for actually reads our entire, lengthy job ad.

Manager, Product Engineering

May 6th, 2010

We are looking for a Manager for product Engineering. Don’t let the “manager” part of the title create illusions of a snooze-fest of a position. We hope to recruit someone who would not let his job get boring, and in this case we are basically looking for a seasoned engineer who can help us manage some of the different areas and teams in the engineering side.
